ROSE: Semi-dry rosé wine made from Teran, 12% alcohol, fresh, fermented 10 days at 15°C, vintage 2024.
A classic summer wine with aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, the liveliness of Teran stands out, with dominant flavors of raspberry and pomegranate.

MALVAZIJA: Dry white wine, 12% alcohol, fresh, fermented 10 days at 15°C, vintage 2024.
Light aromas of citrus such as lime, elderflower, and green apple. On the palate, it’s light and fresh, with notes of grapefruit and a hint of bitter almond on the finish. A summer wine for any time of day, perfect with pasta, pizza, scampi, or shrimp.

MUŠKAT OTTONEL: Semi-dry white wine, 12% alcohol, fresh, fermented 10 days at 15°C,  vintage 2024.
A wine for lovers of aromatic styles. Semi-dry with strong floral aromas of elderflower and chamomile. The flavor is rich in honeyed notes of acacia and yellow fruits like mango and apricot. Dried apricot and honey dominate the palate.

AMBER: Dry white wine made from Malvasia, aged for 12 months in acacia barrels, vintage 2023.

This orange Malvasia is made from carefully selected grapes grown in the Istrian terroir. The grapes undergo a 10-day maceration on their own skins at a controlled temperature of 20 °C, allowing the development of complex aromas and structure. After pressing, the wine ferments spontaneously in acacia barrels using only native yeasts, and is then aged for 12 months on fine lees.

Discreet and elegant notes of meadow flowers, with a focus on dandelion, are followed by hints of dried apricot and clove. On the palate, it is spicy yet delicate, with a fine tannin structure and moderate freshness. The wine has a lively character, yet remains subtle – perfect for true lovers of amber and natural wines.

RED BLEND: Dry red wine, a blend of Teran, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, fresh, light-bodied, vintage 2024.
Made for enjoyment both in summer and winter. Aromas of cherry and violet. Teran dominates the palate, while Cabernet brings a spicy touch of marjoram and sage. Thanks to its freshness, it’s a true red summer wine.
